Whole foods which resemble the shape of a breast indicate that they will offer biological health benefits for the breasts. Unfortunately these whole foods may not be strong enough on their own to prevent breast cancer, but eaten together as part of an oxidized oil free diet, they may perform wonders! Whole foods are supposed to be combined together, to create nutritionally well balanced meals. When you choose the foods your body needs, those foods become medicinal.

Garlic and garlic-derived oil-soluble compound diallyl disulfide (DADS) and garlic constituent diallyl trisulfide (DATS) are effective in suppressing breast cancer by inducing apoptotic cell death. DADS activate the of metabolizing enzymes that detoxify carcinogens, the suppression of DNA adduct formation, the inhibition of the production of reactive oxygen species, the regulation of cell-cycle arrest and the induction of apoptosis. It also synergizes the effect of eicosapentaenoic acid, a breast cancer suppressor and antagonizes the effect of linoleic acid, which is a breast cancer enhancer.
Selenium-enriched garlic or organoselenium compounds provide more potent protection against mammary carcinogenesis than natural garlic or the respective organosulfur analogues. Garlic-derived organosulfur compounds (OSCs) have highly effective antitumor effects.

White button mushroom
White button mushrooms prevent the proliferation of breast cancer cells, thanks to the mushrooms polysaccharides, which are known for their immuno-modulating and anti-tumor properties. They also contain calcium and vitamin D for strong healthy bones. Their anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties help to prevent ear infections too.
The blood orange is high in antioxidants. They possess the flavonoid anthocyanin as well as carotenoids. Anthocyanins have a proven ability to reduce cancer cell proliferation and to inhibit tumor formation. The blood orange (not the lighter shades of pink) contain the anthocyanin named chrysanthemin which protects against human breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo by inducing apoptosis.
The blueberry possesses a phytochemical named Pterostilbene, which is closely related to resveratrol, but much more effective. It inhibits the growth of breast cancer cells by inducing apoptosis, cell cycle arrest and prevention of the proliferation of breast cancer cell. Pterostilbene contains two extra methyl groups than resveratrol does, plus it is more stable, offering a higher bioavailability.
