50s Vintage cotton full circle tie skirt with colorful paint brush strokes graphics. Split top with two bands that secure at top separately. First band secures with a hook & eye closure (3 sizes for a comfortable fit). The second band is longer and ties. Sides are left open to reveal faux pockets. Looks handmade with a size tag stitched inside top.
