1980s Black Denim High Waisted Pleated Design Harem-Style Legs Double Belt Waist Detail. Four pockets including one fold over button protected on back right, one small gold over button protected coin pocket on outside of right front plus two side slit pockets on the front of the hips. Belted waist  pulls through two loops on each side of the hips.  Pleats begin under the waistband. Double button plus zip up fly closure. Two belt loops on back.  Nearly pegged leg with the wide harem legs.
