1980s Vintage bodycon teal green and black micro feather print long sleeve mermaid wiggle dress by Interim. Ruched front from top of stomach to hem of dress. Ruffled hemline has two tiers of fabric. Nine fabric covered button run down front of dress. Puffy long sleeves have shoulder pads with gathered top.
